灰铸铁气缸套中残余应力的产生和评估

摘  要:针对灰铸铁气缸套经粗加工、退火工艺后出现内应力不均匀及后续加工变形等问题,研究了其在制造过程中产生残余应力的主要原因,同时利用显微维氏硬度压痕对残余应力值进行了估算。结果表明,缸套内部存在较大的残余拉应力,其值约为70~130 MPa;气缸套的显微组织主要为铁素体+菊花状(B型)石墨,部分石墨有显著的粗化行为。气缸套的平均维氏硬度值约为HV33。Directing toward the problems of uneven internal stresses,deformation during subsequent machining,and so on of gray cast iron cylinder liners appeared after rough machining and annealing treatment,main causes of the residual stresses produced in the manufacturing processes of them were investigated,and the residual stress values of them were estimated by using of micro Vickers hardness indentation at the same time.The results indicate that there are significant residual tensile stresses existed in the cylinder liners,with values of approximately 70-130 MPa.The microstructure of the cylinder liner is mainly composed of ferrite+chrysanthemum-shaped(B-type)graphite,and some graphite flakes present significant coarsening behaviors.The average Vickers hardness value of the cylinder liners is approximately HV 33.
