摘　　要：依托咪酯临床用于全麻诱导与短时手术麻醉,近年来被不法分子用作毒品替代物质,掺入电子烟或烟丝中进行吸食,导致严重的健康和社会问题。本文对吸食依托咪酯后出现的不良反应进行总结,并综述了电子烟及其相关检材(血液、尿液、毛发、污水等)的检测方法,旨在为依托咪酯的检测分析提供技术支持,预防滥用。Etomidate is commonly utilized in clinical settings for the induction of general anesthesia and short-duration surgical anesthesia.However,in recent years,it has been misused as a drug substitute by criminals and mixed with e-cigarettes or tobacco for smoking,leading to serious health and social problems.This paper aims to summarize the adverse reactions associated with etomidate,and reviews the detection methods for etomidate in e-cigarettes and related samples,including blood,urine,hair,and sewage,offering technical support for the detection and analysis of this substance,and prevent its abuse.
