电子烟油中依托咪酯类似物丙帕酯和异丙帕酯的GC-MS定性定量分析

摘  要:目的建立电子烟油样品中依托咪酯类似物丙帕酯和异丙帕酯的GC-MS定性定量分析方法。方法电子烟油样品用甲醇稀释后进行GC-MS分析,以保留时间、特征碎片离子、离子丰度比对丙帕酯和异丙帕酯进行定性分析,在选择离子监测模式下建立线性方程对丙帕酯、异丙帕酯进行定量分析。结果GC-MS检测样品中丙帕酯和异丙帕酯的保留时间分别为12.474 min和11.960 min。丙帕酯的特征离子峰为m/z 105(基峰)、258、199,异丙帕酯特征离子峰为m/z 105(基峰)、258、216。建立的GC-MS方法对丙帕酯和异丙帕酯的检出限均为0.5μg/mL,定量限均为5μg/mL,基质加标回收率为98.0%~102.9%,精密度的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.2%~4.1%,两种化合物浓度在0.005~0.1 mg/mL范围内,其质量浓度和峰面积成线性,且具有良好的线性关系。丙帕酯的线性方程为Y=10^(7)X-2604,R^(2)=0.9988,异丙帕酯的线性方程为Y=10^(7)X-40246,R^(2)=0.9987。根据线性关系,测得样品中丙帕酯的纯度为50.29%,异丙帕酯样品的纯度为57.61%。结论本研究首次建立的电子烟油样品中依托咪酯类似物丙帕酯和异丙帕酯的GC-MS定性定量方法选择性好、分离度高、检出限低、精密度好,使用简单方便。所探讨的丙帕酯和异丙帕酯的电子轰击离子源碎片离子碎裂机制有助于鉴定该类物质或其他具有类似结构的化合物。Objective To establish the GC-MS method for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of etomidate analogues,proparate and isoproparate in e-cigarette oil samples.Methods The samples of e-cigarette oil were diluted with methanol and analyzed using GC-MS.The retention time,characteristic fragment ions and ion abundance ratio were used to qualitatively analyze propaxate and isopropaxate.The linear equation was established in the selective ion monitoring mode for the quantitative analysis of propaxate and isopropaxate.Results The retention times of proparate and isoproparate were 12.474min and 11.960min,respectively.The characteristic ion peaks forproparate were m/z 105(base peak),258,and 199,while those for isoproparate were m/z 105(base peak),258,and 216.The limits of detection(LOQ)and limits of quantitation were 0.5μg/mL and 5μg/mL,respectively.The matrix-matched standard recoveries were 98.0%~102.9%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD)of precision were 1.2%~4.1%.In the range of 0.005~0.1mg/mL,the mass concentration and peak area are linear and exhibited a good linear relationship.The linear equation of proparate is Y=10^(7)X-2604,R^(2)=0.9988,and the linear equation of isoproparate is Y=10^(7)X-40246,R^(2)=0.9987.According to the linear relationship,the purity of propaxate in the sample was 50.29%,and that of isopropaxate was 57.61%.Conclusion On the one hand,we first established the method which has good selectivity,high separation efficiency,low detection limit,high sensitivity,and convenient for the etomidate analogs propaxate and isopropaxate in e-cigarette oil samples.On the other hand,the mechanism of ion fragmentation by electron bombardment of ion-source fragments of proparate and isoproparate is discussed in this paper,which is helpful to identify these substances or other compounds with similar structures.
