摘  要:目的采用便携式拉曼光谱仪,以金纳米颗粒(AuNps)为基底,建立了一种现场快速检测电子烟油中依托咪酯的方法。方法采用透射电子显微镜(transmission electron microscope,TEM)、紫外可见吸收光谱(UV Vis absorption spectroscopy,UV-Vis)对制备的AuNps进行TEM和UV-Vis表征,对凝聚剂种类、凝聚时间、凝聚剂体积、胶体金加入体积、胶体金颗粒大小、稀释剂种类、稀释剂体积等条件进行筛选。结果基于筛选的最优条件,在5.055×10^(-4)至8.092×10^(-3)mol/L范围内,电子烟油中依托咪酯浓度的对数ln(x)和985 cm^(-1)处特征峰的强度呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数r^(2)为0.995,LOD为5.055×10^(-4)mol/L,方法的重复性和选择性良好。结论该方法具有操作简单、快速、准确等优点,填补了电子烟油中依托咪酯现场快速检测方法的空白,对其他毒品的现场快速检测也具有借鉴意义。Objective A portable Raman spectrometer was used to establish a rapid on-site detection method for etomidate in electronic cigarette oil using AuNps as the substrate.Methods Transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and UV Vis absorption spectroscopy(UV-Vis)were used to characterize the prepared AuNps.The types of coagulants,coagulation time,volume of coagulants,volume of colloidal gold added,particle size of colloidal gold,type of diluent,and volume of diluent were screened.Results Based on the optimal screening conditions,within the range of 5.055×10^(-4)to 8.092×10^(-3)mol/L,there is a good linear relationship between the logarithmic ln(x)of etomidate concentration in electronic cigarette oil and the intensity of the characteristic peak at 985cm^(-1).The correlation coefficient r^(2)is 0.995,and the LOD is 5.055×10^(-4)mol/L.The repeatability and selectivity of the method are good.Conclusion This method has the advantages of simple operation,speed,and accuracy,filling the gap in the on-site rapid detection method of etomidate in electronic cigarette oil,and has reference significance for the on-site rapid detection of other drugs.
