摘　　要：本文对广州仁泰医院收治的三例1,4-丁二醇引起的成瘾和戒断综合征病例的诊治情况进行报告,可为临床相似案例的诊断和治疗提供参考。同时希望引起大家重视及关注γ-羟基丁酸前体物质成瘾问题和毒性作用,呼吁政府及医疗卫生相关部门进一步加强对其的监管力度和中毒成瘾危害宣传力度,将1,4-丁二醇和γ-丁内酯列为精神管制药品。This paper reports on the diagnosis and treatment of three cases of 1,4-butanediol-induced addiction and withdrawal syndrome admitted to Guozhou Rentai Hospital,which can provide references for the diagnosis and treatment of similar clinic cases.At the same time,we hoped to draw attention to the addiction and toxicity ofγ-hydroxybutyric acid precursor substances,and to call on the government and relevant medical and healthcare departments to further strengthen their supervision and publicize the harms of poisoning and addiction,and to classify 1,4-butanediol andγ-butyrolactone as psychotropic controlled drugs.
