摘  要:以母猪精准饲喂装置为研究对象,设计了适用于母猪不同阶段使用的精准饲喂器。本文结合饲喂器的实用要求,对其关键部件进行了设计。采用螺旋输送器作为饲喂器的下料机构,使用SolidWorks对其进行三维设计,利用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件对螺旋输送器静力学特性进行仿真分析,得出最大的应力值是119.43 Mpa,满足使用要求。为了分析精准饲喂器的性能,进行了下料量和下水量实验。结果表明,本文设计的螺旋输送式饲喂器能够实现稳定的下料和下水,下料误差最大值为3.19%,下水误差最大值为3.8%,能够精准控制下料量和下水量。A precise feeding device suitable for different stages of sows was designed based on the precise feeding device for sows.This article combines the practical requirements of the feeder and designs its key components.The spiral conveyor is used as the feeding mechanism of the feeder,and SolidWorks is used for three-dimensional design.ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software is used to simulate the static characteristics of the spiral conveyor,and the maximum stress value is 119.43Mpa,which meets the requirements for use.In order to analyze the performance of the precision feeder,experiments were conducted on the feeding amount and water amount.The results showed that the spiral conveyor feeder designed in this paper can achieve stable feedingand drainage,with a maximum feeding error of 3.19%and a maximum drainage error of 3.8%.Can accurately control the amount of material and water to be discharged.
