摘 要:目的对2016—2023年重庆市九龙坡区其他感染性腹泻突发公共卫生事件进行流行病学研究,为该疾病的预警和防控提供理论基础。方法收集2016—2023年重庆市九龙坡区报告的其他感染性腹泻突发公共卫生事件资料,采用Excel 2007和SPSS 22.0软件对数据进行整理和统计分析。采用Spearman相关性分析对首例病例发病时间至报告时间间隔和事件持续时长的相关性进行分析,检验水准α=0.05。结果2016—2023年重庆市九龙坡区共报告其他感染性腹泻突发公共卫生事件29起,总罹患率为2.57%。事件发生存在季节性,以冬春季为主,高峰位于12月,报告事件数为10起(34.48%)。发生场所均为学校,以小学和托幼机构为主;托幼机构、小学、中学的罹患率分别为9.05%、1.68%和1.89%。致病因素主要是诺如病毒GⅡ型(21起,72.41%)。结论重庆市九龙坡区其他感染性腹泻突发公共卫生事件流行特征呈季节性、校园化,应加强对学生的健康教育,同时提高医院和疾控中心监测敏感性。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of public health emergencies caused by other infectious diarrheas in Jiulongpo District of Chongqing,and to provide scientific basis for the early warning,prevention and control of the disease.Methods The data on public health emergencies of other infectious diarrheas reported in Jiulongpo District of Chongqing from 2016 to2023 were collected.Excel 2007 and SPSS 22.0 software were used to collate and statistically analyze the data.Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the interval from the onset time of the first case to the reporting time and the duration of the event.The test level was α=0.05.Results From 2016 to 2023,a total of 29 public health emergencies of other infectious diarrheas were reported in Jiulongpo District of Chongqing,with a total attack rate of 2.57%.The occurrence of events was seasonal,mainly in winter and spring.The peak was in December,with 10 reported events(34.48%).The occurrence places were all schools,mainly primary schools and kindergartens.The attack rates of kindergartens,primary schools and middle schools were 9.05%,1.68% and 1.89%,respectively.The main pathogenic factor was norovirus GⅡ type(21 cases,72.41%).Conclusions The epidemiological characteristics of public health emergencies of other infectious diarrheas in Jiulongpo District of Chongqing were seasonal and campus-oriented.Health education for students should be strengthened,and at the same time,the monitoring sensitivity of hospitals and centers for disease prevention and control should be improved.
