摘 要:目的探讨精准教学视域下基于KANO模型的线上教学教师关怀行为实施效果,提升职业院校线上教学质量。方法选取金华市某职业院校2022级护理专业87名学生,随机分为实验组和对照组。在外科护理教学中,对照组实施常规线上教学教师关怀行为;实验组运用KANO模型分析学生线上教学教师关怀行为需求属性,并进行精准教学。结果实验组实施基于KANO模型的线上教学教师关怀行为实施策略后,学习成绩、在线学习参与度、自主学习能力、在线深度学习能力均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于KANO模型研究职业院校学生线上教学教师关怀行为需求,并精准实施教师关怀行为,可有效提高线上教学效果。Objective To explore the implementation effect of caring behavior of online teaching teachers based on KANO model from the perspective of precision teaching,and to improve the quality of online teaching in vocational colleges.Methods 87 nursing students from a vocational college in Jinhua city in 2022 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.In surgical nursing teaching,the control group implemented routine online teaching teacher care behavior;The experimental group used the KANO model to analyze the attributes of students′online teaching teacher care behavior needs and conducted precise teaching.Results After implementing the online teaching teacher care behavior implementation strategy based on the KANO model,the experimental group showed better academic performance,online learning participation,self-taught ability,and online deep learning ability than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the KANO model,studying the caring behavior needs of vocational collegians in online teaching and implementing teacher caring behavior accurately can effectively improve the effectiveness of online teaching.
