摘  要:从医学生需求视角出发,基于扎根理论,对河北省多所医学院校在校学生、社会公益组织负责人及社区管理委员会工作人员进行深度访谈,结合近10年国内外研究文献,设计形成医学生志愿者参与社区养老服务驱动因素量表。通过对医学生开展问卷调查,进一步进行探索性因子和验证性因子分析,形成包含角色认同、个人动机、社群影响、管理属性、组织规范5个维度的医学生志愿者参与社区养老服务驱动因素指标体系。在此基础上,从组织机构加强管理、提高学生角色认同、大力推进校地共建3个方面,提出高校引导医学生参与社区养老志愿服务的策略。Starting from the perspective of medical student′needs and based on grounded theory,further interviews were conducted with students,managers of social welfare organization,and staff from community management committee from medical colleges in Hebei province.Combining domestic and foreign research literature in the past 10 years,Driving Factor Scale for Medical Student Volunteers to Participate in Elderly Nursing Services in Community was designed and developed.By conducting a questionnaire survey on medical students and further conducting exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis,a driving factor index system for medical student volunteers to participate in elderly nursing services in community was formed,which includes five dimensions:role identity,personal motivation,community influence,management attributes,and organizational norms.On this basis,strategies for colleges to guide medical students to participate in elderly nursing volunteer services in community proposed from three aspects:strengthening organizational management,enhancing students′role identity,and vigorously promoting co-construction between colleges and local government.
