水外交语境中译者的角色与决策——以老挝、柬埔寨水文信息监测与传输项目为例

摘　　要：水外交作为以水资源为核心的国际合作与交流形式,在推动中国与周边国家关系发展和区域合作中发挥着重要作用。在水外交语境下,译者承担着独特的使命。本研究以作者在水利援建项目中的翻译实践为例,探讨译者在建立伙伴关系、开展联合工作、进行国际传播三个阶段中所扮演的合作引导者、知识经纪人、成果讲述者等多重角色,并分析这些角色定位对翻译策略选择的影响,为水外交领域的翻译实践提供参考。Water diplomacy,as a form of international cooperation centered on water resources,plays a vital role in fostering relationships between China and neighboring countries and promoting regional cooperation.In this context,translators assume unique responsibilities.Based on the author’s translation practice in a water conservancy aid project,this study examines the multiple roles translators play—as cooperation facilitators,knowledge brokers,and achievement narrators—across three phases:partnership building,joint operations,and international communication.The research analyzes how these role positions influence translation strategy choices,providing insights for translation practice in water diplomacy.
