摘 要:目的 针对高清多叶准直器(MLC)场景下恒定宽度舌槽(TG)模型引发7%~10%剂量计算误差的临床问题,提出非恒定宽度TG的建模方法以提升放疗计划系统(TPS)的计算精度。方法 基于Eclipse TPS与Truebeam平台,建立动态TG宽度优化理论模型,结合指型电离室测量数据确定最佳舌槽形状,并通过自主开发的MATLAB软件及OCTAVIUS 1600SRS阵列进行多维度验证。结果 与恒定宽度TG模型相比,提出的新模型能重现与TG效应相关的空间细节,并且其计算结果与测量结果更加吻合,剂量误差在1%以内。结论 非恒定宽度TG的建模为精准放疗提供了可靠的剂量计算保障,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective Aiming at the clinical problem of 7%~10%dose calculation errors caused by the conventional constant-width tongue-and-groove(TG)model in high-definition multileaf collimator(MLC)scenarios,a modeling method of non-constant width TG was proposed to improve the calculation accuracy of radiotherapy treatment planning system(TPS).Methods Based on Eclipse TPS and Truebeam platform,the theoretical model of dynamic TG width optimization was established,and the optimal tongue groove shape was determined by combining the measurement data of finger ionization chamber.The multi-dimensional verification was carried out by self-developed MATLAB software and OCTAVIUS 1600SRS array.Results Compared with the constant-width TG model,the proposed new model could reproduce the spatial details related to the TG effect,the calculation results were more consistent with the measurement results,and the dose error was within 1%.Conclusions The modeling of non-constant width TG provides reliable dose calculation guarantee for precise radiotherapy,and has important clinical application value.
