CBCT技术在口腔种植中的应用价值及临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨锥形束CT (CBCT)技术在口腔种植中的应用价值及临床疗效。方法 选取2021年3月至2023年2月于我院行口腔种植术的86例患者,随机分为CBCT组(n=43)和数字化曲面断层片(OPG)组(n=43)。OPG组采用OPG扫描,CBCT组采用CBCT扫描。比较两组的手术指标(手术用时、术中出血量)、手术成功率、并发症发生率,并采用我院自制满意度量表评估两组患者的满意度。结果 CBCT组的手术用时明显短于OPG组,术中出血量明显低于OPG组(P <0.05)。CBCT组的手术成功率为97.67%,明显高于OPG组的76.74%(P <0.05)。CBCT组的并发症发生率为2.33%,明显低于OPG组的18.60%(P <0.05)。CBCT组的满意度为95.35%,明显高于OPG组的76.74%(P <0.05)。结论 CBCT技术在口腔种植中的应用效果较好,能够准确定位手术部位,缩短手术用时,减少出血量,提高手术成功率,且术后并发症风险较低,患者满意度较高。Objective To explore the application value and clinical efficacy of conical beam CT(CBCT)technology in oral implantation.Methods A total of 86 patients who underwent oral implantation in our hospital from March 2021 to February 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the CBCT group(n=43)and the orthopantomogram(OPG)group(n=43).The OPG group was scanned with OPG,and the CBCT group was scanned with CBCT.The surgical indicators(operation time,intraoperative blood loss amount),surgical success rate,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups;The self-made satisfaction scale of our hospital was used to evaluate the satisfaction degree of patients in the two groups.Results The operation time of the CBCT group was significantly shorter than that of the OPG group,and the intraoperative blood loss amount was significantly lower than that of the OPG group(P<0.05).The surgical success rate of the CBCT group was 97.67%,significantly higher than 76.74%of the OPG group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the CBCT group was 2.33%,significantly lower than 18.60%of the OPG group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the CBCT group was 95.35%,significantly higher than 76.74%of the OPG group(P<0.05).Conclusions CBCT technology has good application effect in oral implantation,which can accurately locate the surgical site,shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of blood loss,improve the surgical success rate,and has a lower risk of postoperative complications and higher satisfaction degree of patients.
