基于OBE教学理念的高职院校高铁综合维修技术专业课程教学改革研究

摘　　要：“高铁路基与桥隧设施构造与维护”课程是高职院校培养高速铁路综合维修专业技术人才的专业核心课程之一。近年来,随着高速铁路的发展,各工种间维修作业项目逐步打通,亟须综合维修人才。为更好地培养相关专业人才,本研究基于OBE教育理念,针对目前本门课程教学中的痛点问题,从教学方式与内容、教学方法、课堂思政、考核方案4个方面进行教学改革,以提升课堂教学效果与质量。"The course on the construction and maintenance of high-speed railway subgrade and bridge and tunnel facilities"is one of the core courses for vocational colleges to cultivate comprehensive technical talents in high-speed railway maintenance.In recent years,with the rapid development of high-speed railways,maintenance projects between various professions have gradually been connected,and there is an urgent need for comprehensive maintenance talents.In order to better cultivate relevant professional talents,based on the OBE education concept,this research focuses on the pain points highlighted in the current teaching of this course,and studies the teaching reform methods of this course from four aspects:teaching methods and content,teaching methods,classroom ideological and political education,and assessment plans,in order to improve the effectiveness and quality of classroom teaching.
