摘　　要：利用改进的气相沉积装置在载玻片样品表面涂覆了彩色派瑞林(Parylene C)涂层,研究了工艺参数对涂层着色效果的影响。测定了彩色Parylene C涂层的光谱特征及相对介电常数。结果表明:制备的彩色Parylene C涂层呈色均匀,相对介电常数变化小;在起到良好的防护性能的同时,表现出明显的标识性。It uses an improved vapor deposition device to coat the surface of glass slide samples with a colored Parylene C coating,and studies the influence of process parameters on the coloring effect of the coating.The spectral characteristics and relative dielectric constant of the colored Parylene C coating were determined.The results showed that the prepared colored Parylene C coating exhibited uniform color and minimal changes in relative dielectric constant;At the same time as providing good protective performance,it exhibits obvious identification.
