摘  要:为明确安全基地型领导对新生代矿工安全参与行为的影响机制,结合新生代矿工特点和社会交换理论,引入安全心理契约、安全沉默动机作为中介变量,构建理论假设模型。以山西煤矿企业一线班组内的342名年轻矿工作为研究对象,利用结构方程模型和Bootstrap方法分析作用路径和相应的研究假设。结果表明:安全基地型领导能正向影响新生代矿工的安全参与行为,也是影响新生代矿工安全心理契约和安全沉默动机的关键因素;安全基地型领导还会通过安全心理契约和安全沉默动机的独立中介效应,以及安全心理契约和安全沉默动机的链式中介影响新生代矿工的安全参与行为。To elucidate the mechanism by which safety-oriented leadership influences the safety engagement behaviors of the new generation of miners,this study integrates the characteristics of this new generation and social exchange theory.It introduces the safety psychological contract and safety silence motivation as mediating variables,thereby developing a theoretical hypothesis model.The study analyzes the causal pathways and associated hypotheses using structural equation modeling and Bootstrap techniques with a sample of 342 young miners from frontline teams in Shanxi coal mining enterprises.The findings reveal that safety-oriented leadership positively impacts the safety engagement behaviors of the new generation of miners and is a crucial factor influencing their safety psychological contract and safety silence motivation.Furthermore,safety-oriented leadership affects the safety engagement behaviors of the new generation of miners via the independent and chained mediating effects of the safety psychological contract and safety silence motivation.
