摘 要:随着医疗设备种类的增多和技术的复杂化,设备维护保养面临着数据管理不善、流程不规范和故障频发等诸多挑战。为解决这些问题,文中提出了一种基于区块链技术的医疗设备维护保养网格化管理系统,通过分布式账本技术保障数据的不可篡改性和可追溯性,并利用智能合约实现设备维护任务的自动化和标准化。系统设计包括设备节点层、区块链网络层、智能合约层和应用服务层,通过支持向量机(Support Vector Machine,SVM)模型进行故障预测,并在设备状态异常时自动触发维护流程。测试结果表明,系统在故障预测准确性和智能合约执行效率方面表现优异,能显著提升设备维护管理水平,确保医疗设备的正常运行,提高医疗服务的质量和连续性。With the increasing variety of medical equipment and the complexity of technology,equipment maintenance faces many challenges such as poor data management,non-standard processes,and frequent malfunctions.To address these issues,this paper proposes a grid based management system for medical equipment maintenance and upkeep based on blockchain technology.The system ensures the immutability and traceability of data through distributed ledger technology,and utilizes smart contracts to automate and standardize equipment maintenance tasks.The system design includes device node layer,blockchain network layer,smart contract layer,and application service layer.It uses Support Vector Machine(SVM)model for fault prediction and automatically triggers maintenance process when the device status is abnormal.The test results show that the system performs excellently in terms of fault prediction accuracy and smart contract execution efficiency,significantly improving equipment maintenance and management level,ensuring the normal operation of medical equipment,and improving the quality and continuity of medical services.
