摘　　要：中医经方的学术研究尚未建立自身独特的理论和方法体系,而经方研究的方法须符合中医学的原理和规律。以《伤寒论》小柴胡汤类方为切入点,探索以诠释法、比鉴法、归纳演绎法等有机结合构成的经方研究方法体系,并汇通中西医理论来阐释经方的内涵,分析、总结其作用机制和规律并延伸其用于现代疾病的诊疗。科学系统的中医研究方法有利于演绎出更高水平的学理,进而凝练出经方研究方法学体系,成为中医学传承的重要构成和创新基础。The academic research of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)classical formulas has not yet established its own unique theoretical and methodological system,and the methods for studying classical formulas must align with the principles and laws of TCM.Using the Xiaochaihu Decoction(小柴胡汤)related formulas in Treatise on Febrile Disease(《伤寒论》)as a starting point,this paper explores a research method system for classical formulas based on the organic combination of interpretation,comparison,and inductive-deductive methods.It integrates both TCM and western medical theories to elucidate the connotations of classical formulas,analyze and summarize their mechanisms and patterns,and extend their application to the treatment of modern diseases.It is proposed that a scientifically systematic approach to TCM research will facilitate the derivation of higher-level academic principles,thus refining the research methodology for classical formulas.This can serve as an important component of the inheritance and innovative foundation for the development of TCM.
