摘  要:实现共同富裕的关键在农民,以教育培养现代农民,促进农民共享经济社会发展成果,实现农民现代化,进而促进乡村振兴和农业农村现代化,是实现共同富裕目标的重要基础。先贤梁漱溟的农民教育思想与实践是中国特色农民教育和“以教富农”的典型探索。梁漱溟农民教育在理念上关注厚植传统文化,同时注重借鉴先进理念;在教育对象上,关注成年农民的教育,兼顾其他群体;在教育内容上,强调知识技能、人生情谊与传统道德的整合教育;在教育组织上,重点发展乡农学校等,具有鲜明的中国传统特色和现代特征。以中国特色农民教育促进农民现代化,既要关注传统文化滋养,强调以道德教育构建农民现代伦理观,促进农民思想观念现代化;也要以现代权利教育塑造农民现代价值观念,推动农民生产生活方式现代化;更应突出以职业教育赋能农民现代职业技能,实现农民能力现代化,奠定农民追求共同富裕的能力基础,从而以中国特色农民教育推动中国式农民现代化。The key to achieving common prosperity lies in farmers.Cultivating modern farmers through education,promoting farmers’access to the products of economic and social development,realizing farmer modernization,and thereby facilitating rural revitalization and agricultural and rural modernization serve as important foundations for achieving the goal of common prosperity.The farmer education thought and practice of Liang Shuming represent a typical exploration of farmer education with Chinese characteristics and the concept of“enriching farmers through education”.Liang Shuming’s farmer education philosophy emphasizes the deep cultivation of traditional culture while also drawing on advanced ideas.In terms of the educational object paying attention to the education of adult farmers and taking into accout other groups.In terms of educational contents,it emphasizes an integrated education that combines knowledge and skills,interpersonal relationships and traditional morality.In terms of educational organization,with a focus on developing rural farmer schools,it exhibits distinct Chinese traditional characteristics and modern traits.To promote farmer modernization through farmer education with Chinese characteristics,we must pay attention to the nourishment of traditional culture,emphasize the construction of modern ethical views among farmers through moral education,and promote the modernization of farmers’ideologies and concepts.Additionally,modern rights education should be utilized to shape farmers’modern values and drive the modernization of farmers’production and lifestyle.Moreover,it is crucial to highlight the empowerment of farmers’modern vocational skills through vocational education,realizing the modernization of farmers’abilities and laying the foundation for farmers to pursue common prosperity.Thus,farmer education with Chinese characteristics can drive the modernization of Chinese farmers.
