摘  要:全球视野下的技能竞技日益成为推动各国交流与合作、促进各国经济发展的一种重要方式。世界技能大赛作为世界技能领域的顶级竞技赛事,日益发展成世界技能组织成员展示和交流职业技能的重要平台。通过对世界技能大赛官方网站和媒体报道的资料整理与综合分析发现,世界技能大赛在赛事规模、赛项设置和论坛主题等方面呈现出比较明显的演变趋势,里昂世界技能大赛具有绿色可持续、国际交流、科技赋能与公平包容等主要特征,为全球职业技能的发展树立了新标杆。上海2026年第48届世界技能大赛可汲取里昂世赛先进经验,秉承多元化办赛理念、融合前沿创新技术、推广“创变者计划”、深化国际交流合作,实现新的发展。Skills Competition from the global perspective has increasingly become an important way to promote international exchanges and cooperation among countries and boost their economic development.The WorldSkills Competition,being the premier event in the global skills domain,has increasingly developed into a crucial platform for members of the WorldSkills Organization to display and exchange vocational skills.Based on the data sourced from the official website of WorldSkills Competition and media reports,this study found that WorldSkills has demonstrated certain noticeable evolving trends in terms of scale,events and forums.WorldSkills Lyon has established a new benchmark for the advancement of global vocational skills with its key features of green sustainability,encompassing international exchange,technology empowerment,and fairness and inclusiveness.The 48th WorldSkills Shanghai 2026 can draw upon its advanced experiences,adopt effective measures in the integration of green concepts,innovation of technological integration,and deepening of international cooperation,and thereby achieve new development.
