摘　　要：“翻译文化终身成就奖”由中国翻译协会2006年设立,是国内表彰翻译家个人的最高荣誉奖项。自设立以来,至今已有62位不同领域的翻译家获奖,涉及十几种外语及少数民族语言,涵盖外交口译以及多种文本类型的笔译。本文分析“翻译文化终身成就奖”翻译家群体的语种分布、翻译类型、翻译方向、职业分布等特征,旨在号召广大翻译工作者向这些翻译家学习,继承与发扬他们的翻译家精神,为翻译文化建设做贡献。The Lifetime Achievement Award in Translation,set and organized by the Translators Association of China(TAC)in 2006,is the highest domestic honorary award to honor those preeminent living translators who have made outstanding achievements in translation.Since the establishment of the award,there have been altogether 62 translators who have won the award,covering more than a dozen of foreign and minority languages,and including both interpretation and written translation of various kinds of text types.This study mainly analyzes the winners'group features,such as major languages and text types involved,the direction of translation etc.with a purpose of making them known to other translators who might inherit and carry forward their spirit as a group of great translators and helping construct a favorable translation culture.
