阿联酋某铁路隧道施工重难点及应对措施

摘　　要：以阿联酋某铁路隧道为研究案例,通过分析铁路隧道施工过程中的重难点问题及形成原因,对施工方案进行整改与优化,并提出了相应的措施。施工过程中主要的处理内容涉及开挖面超欠挖、混凝土超耗和拱顶脱空等重难点的原因分析与应对措施等。研究结果表明,优化后的项目施工方案有利于保障项目的施工质量,加快项目的实际进度,减少了项目的耗材。Taking a railway tunnel in the United Arab Emirates as a case study,this paper analyzes the key and difficult problems in the construction process of railway tunnel and their causes,and makes rectification and optimization of the construction scheme,and puts forward corresponding measures.During the construction process,the main treatment content involves the cause analysis and countermeasures of the heavy difficulties such as overcut and undercut of excavation face,overconsumption of concrete and vault empties.The results show that the optimized project construction scheme is beneficial to guarantee the construction quality of the project,accelerate the actual progress of the project and reduce the consumables of the project.
