摘 要:目的 探讨“问题管理+”对规培护士负性情绪的影响。方法 本研究共纳入60例本院的规培护士作为研究对象,将所有研究对象随机分成对照组和干预组各30名,对照组采用常规的心理干预,干预组在对照组的基础上实施“问题管理+”干预模式,干预结束后4周评价干预效果。结果 干预结束后4周,干预组焦虑、抑郁、工作倦怠量表得分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 “问题管理+”干预可改善规培护士焦虑、抑郁水平,缓解工作倦怠感,提升心理健康。Objective To explore the impact of"problem management+"on negative emotions of nurses in training.Methods A total of 60 nurses in training in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,with 30 subjects in each group.The control group received routine psychological intervention,while the intervention group implemented"problem management+"intervention on the basis of the conitrol group.The intervention effect was evaluated 4 weeks after the intervention.Results 4 weeks after the intervention,the scores of anxiety,depression,and job burnout scales in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in intervention effect,time effect,and interaction effect between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion"Problem management+"intervention can improve anxiety and depression levels of nurses in training,relieve job burnout,and improve mental health.
