摘　　要：目的 探究临床医学专业学位研究生心理健康状况与人格特征分布。方法 研究时间为2024年1月~2024年6月,研究对象为某医科大学临床医学专业学位研究生337人,对其开展心理健康状况调查,包括一般情况、症状自评量表(SCL-90)和艾森克人格问卷(成人EPQ)分析等。结果 337名研究生中,SCL-90阳性率为24.33%,强迫、焦虑、抑郁、精神病性及恐怖因子分值均高于全国常模,EPQ心理测试显示有无心理问题学生在精神质(P)、内外向(E)、神经质(N)评分有差异(P<0.05)。结论 临床医学专业研究生的心理健康状况值得关注。Objective To explore the mental health and personality characteristics of clinical medicine graduate students.Methods From January 2024 to June 2024,a number of 337 clinical medicine graduate students from a medical university as the research subjects were measured on their mental health status with the SCL-90 symptom checklist and EPQ test.Results Among the 337 graduate students,the positive rate of SCL-90 was 24.33%,the scores of compulsion,anxiety,depression,psychosis and terror were higher than the national norm.The EPQ psychological test shows that there was a significant difference in the components of extroversion and introversion and neuroticism between students with and without psychological problems(P<0.05).Conclusion The mental health status of clinical medical graduate students is worth paying attention.
