中学生父母学业表现期望与学业压力的关系:乐观心理的调节作用

摘  要:目的 探索中学生父母学业表现期望、学业压力及乐观心理的关系,以期缓解中学生的学业压力,促进学生心理健康水平的提升。方法 2023年3月,使用父母期望问卷、中小学生学业压力指数量表和中学生乐观量表对北京某郊区5 125名八年级学生采用整群抽样的方式进行测量。结果 父母学业表现期望与学业压力存在正相关(r=0.045,P=0.001),在中学生父母学业表现期望与学业压力的关系中,乐观心理具有显著的调节作用[F(3,5 312)=518.095,P<0.001,95%CI=(-0.154,-0.104)]。结论 培养学生乐观心理可以缓解学生由于父母较高学业期望带来的学业压力。Objective To explore the relationship between parents'expectation of academic performance,academic pressure and optimism in order to relieve the academic pressure of middle school students and promote the improvement of their mental health.Methods In March 2023,the method of cluster sampling was adopted,5125 eighth grade students in a suburb of Beijing were measured by parental expectation questionnaire,academic stress index scale for primary and middle school students and optimism scale for middle school students.Results There is a positive correlation between parents expectation of academic performance and academic pressure(r=0.045,P=0.001).Optimism plays a moderating role in the relationship between parents'expectation of academic performance and academic pressure[F(3,5312)=518.095,P<0.001,95%CI=(-0.154,-0.104)].Conclusion Cultivating students'optimistic psychology can relieve students'academic pressure caused by their parents'high academic expectation.
