摘　　要：目的 探究奥氮平联合认知疗法对精神分裂症患者心理状态和认知功能的影响。方法 选取2020年7月~2024年3月,常州市武进第三人民医院收治的精神分裂症患者69例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(34例,接受奥氮平治疗)和观察组(35例,奥氮平治疗基础上联合认知疗法)。对比两组治疗前后心理状态[卡尔加里精神分裂症抑郁量表中文版(CDSS-C)、自我感受负担量表(SPBS)]、社会功能[社会功能量表(PSP)]和认知功能[简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)]。结果 治疗前,两组CDSS-C、SPBS、PSP、MMSE评分对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组CDSS-C、SPBS评分均降低,PSP、MMSE评分均升高,且观察组的降低/升高程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 奥氮平联合认知疗法显著改善了精神分裂症患者的心理状态和认知功能,效果优于单独使用奥氮平。Objective To investigate the efects of olanzapine combined with cognitive therapy on the psychological state and cognitive function of patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 69 schizophrenia patients admitted to Wujin Third People's Hospital from July 2020 to March 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(34 patients receiving olanzapine)and an observation group(35 patients receiving olanzapine with cognitive therapy).The psychological state[Calgary schizophrenia depression scale Chinese version(CDSS-C),self-perceived burden scale(SPBS)],social function[social functioning scale(PSP)]and cognitive function[simple mental state examination scale(MMSE)]of the two groups were compared before and afer treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically signifcant diferences in the CDSS-C,SPBS,PSP,and MMSE scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups showed significant reductions in CDSS-C and SPBS scores,and significant increases in PSP and MMSE scores,with the observation group demonstrating superior improvement compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of olanzapine with cognitive therapy significantly enhances the psychological state and cognitive function of schizophrenia patients,proving more effective than olanzapine alone.
