摘　　要：目的 分析放松治疗对精神分裂症患者身心状况与人际交往的影响。方法 选取2023年12月~2024年5月江苏省扬州五台山医院收治的95例精神分裂症患者,按照随机数字表法分成对照组(n=47)与研究组(n=48),对照组采用常规治疗方式,研究组在此基础上给予放松治疗,2个月后比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 研究组患者的治疗依从性为95.83%(46/48),对照组为82.98%(39/47),显著高于对照组(P<0.05);焦虑自评量表(SAS)得分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)得分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);外显攻击行为量表(MOAS)评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);社会功能缺陷筛选表(SDSS)评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);日常生活能力(Barthel)得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 放松治疗有利于改善精神分裂症患者的情绪状况和认知功能,减少暴力行为,促进社会交往,并且提高治疗依从性和日常生活能力,具有较高的应用价值。Objective To analyze the efects of relaxation therapy on the physical and mental conditions and interpersonal communication of patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 95 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Wutaishan Hospital in Yangzhou,Jiangsu Province from December 2023 to May 2024 were selected and divided into control group(n=47)and study group(n=48)according to the random number table method.Results The treatment compliance of the study group was 95.83%(46/48)and that of the control group was 82.98%(39/47),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05),the scores of mini-mental state examination(MMSE)were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),the scores of modified overt aggression scale(MOAS)were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),the scores of social dysfunction screening scale(SDSS)were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of daily living ability(Barthel)were significantly higherthan those ofthe control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Relaxation therapy is beneficial to improve the emotional status and cognitive function of patients with schizophrenia,reduce violent behavior,promote social interaction,and improve treatment compliance and daily living ability,which has high application value.
