艾司西酞普兰对行帕罗西汀与辛伐他汀治疗的抑郁症患者的影响分析

摘　　要：目的 分析艾司西酞普兰对行帕罗西汀与辛伐他汀治疗的抑郁症患者抑郁症状、心境状态、血脂及炎症因子影响。方法 选取本院2021年8月~2023年7月收治的80例抑郁症患者,随机数字法分对照组、观察组均40例。其中对照组采用帕罗西汀、辛伐他汀治疗,观察组采取帕罗西汀、辛伐他汀联合艾司西酞普兰治疗。对比两组治疗前后抑郁症状、心境状态、血脂及炎症因子水平。结果 治疗后观察组抑郁症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组心境状态评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组血脂水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组抑郁症状评分、心境状态评分、血脂水平及炎性因子水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论 常规治疗在改善抑郁症患者抑郁症状及心境状态中具有一定临床应用效果,但其效果依旧存在局限性。在此基础上联合艾司西酞普兰治疗可显著改善抑郁症患者抑郁症状、心境状态、血脂及炎症因子水平。Objective To analyze the effects of escitalopram on depressive symptoms,mood status,blood lipids and inflammatory factors in depressed patients treated with paroxetine and simvastatin.Methods 80 patients with depression admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to July 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases.The control group was treated with paroxetine and simvastatin,and the observation group was treated with paroxetine and simvastatin combined with escitalopram.The levels of depressive symptoms,mood state,blood lipid and inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the depression symptom score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of mood state in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood lipid level of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the depressive symptom score,mood state score,lipid level and inflammatory factor level of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Conventional treatment has a certain clinical effect in improving depressive symptoms and mood state in patients with depression,but its effect is still limited.On this basis,escitalopram combined treatment can significantly improve depressive symptoms,mood state,lipid and inflammatory factors in patients with depression.
