教育考试移动端服务体系的构建及应用

摘　　要：互联网+考试服务系统是全国教育考试战线重要的服务窗口。在移动互联网背景下,考试评价机构迫切需要构建教育考试移动端服务体系,打造高质量的移动端服务平台,切实提升考生的获得感和幸福感,增强考试服务民生保障力。通过调查教育考试移动端服务业务、形态、场景、需求等现状,本文分析了教育考试服务特点,从服务形态、服务内容、服务对象等维度设计了教育考试移动端服务模型,并基于模型构建教育考试移动端服务体系。该体系在横轴上包括基础支撑层、统一服务层、考试应用层、移动展现层,在纵轴上包括应用设计标准、技术开发标准、运营管理标准、安全保障标准,为教育考试服务掌上办理、一站办理提供路径参考。The "Internet Plus Examination Services"system serves as a critical service window for national educational examination authorities.With the rise of mobile internet,examination evaluation authorities urgently need to establish a mobile service system for education examinations,develop a high-quality mobile examination service platform,effectively improve examinees'satisfaction and well-being,and strengthen the capacity of examinations to serve people's livelihood.This paper analyzes the characteristics of education examination mobile terminal services by investigating their current status in business operations,service forms,application scenarios,and user demands.A mobile service model is designed from multiple dimensions,including service modality,content,and target group.Based on this model,a mobile service system of education examinations is subsequently constructed.This system is organized horizontally into four layers:the foundational support layer,the unified service layer,the examination application layer,and the mobile presentation layer.Vertically,it incorporates four standardized dimensions:application design standard,technical development standard,operational management standard,and security assurance standard.This system provides a practical solution for mobile-based and one-stop processing in education examination services.
