摘 要:为解决当前轨道交通信号系统依赖传统维修模式所存在的运维效率低、故障响应不及时等问题,提出一种基于运维全生命周期的主动防御式运维保障体系。该体系由数据层、分析层和业务层构成,采用数据驱动的分析方法,综合运用故障诊断、剩余寿命预测、故障链路识别、在线故障隔离、健康度评估和视情维修决策等技术手段。该体系的实施,能够及时发现潜在故障,准确判断故障类型和位置,有效隔离故障并采取相应的维修措施,减少因故障导致的运行中断和维修成本,有助于确保轨道交通信号系统的稳定、高效运行,对于提升轨道交通行业的运维水平和保障轨道交通安全运行具有重要意义。In order to solve the problems such as low operation and maintenance effiency and untimely fault response existing in the current rail transit signal system relying on the traditional maintenance mode,an active defensive operation and maintenance support system based on the whole life cycle of operation and maintenance is proposed.The system is composed of data layer,analysis layer and service layer.Through the data-driven analysis method,the system adopts a variety of technical means such as fault diagnosis,residual life prediction,fault link identification,online fault isolation,health evaluation and maintenance decisions according to the situation.The implementation of this system can detect potential faults in time,accurately judge the type and location of faults,effectively isolate faults and take appropriate maintenance measures,reduce operation interruption and maintenance costs caused by faults,help ensure the stable and efficient operation of rail transit signal system,and is of great significance for improving the operation and maintenance level of rail transit industry and ensuring the safe operation of rail transit.
