摘　　要：移动闭塞已成为提升重载货运铁路运输能力的一项关键技术,既有基于固定闭塞制式的联锁系统难以满足该项技术的有关要求。通过深入分析既有联锁系统适配朔黄铁路移动闭塞系统工程化应用的功能需求,以及实施过程中遇到的问题,提出适用于重载铁路移动闭塞制式的联锁系统改造方案,包括增加控制点灯继电器实现不同模式下信号机点灭灯控制功能,增加移动闭塞进路办理功能,以及增加系统间接口功能,依据无线闭塞中心反馈信息实现显示界面优化等。针对信号机灭灯导致的红灯转移问题和区间综合监控系统适配性问题,通过在电路中并联控制点灯继电器接点来解决处理。经现场验证,该改造方案满足移动闭塞系统可在同一进路或同一闭塞分区内运行多列车的需求,实现了车追车和车站快速发车,为提升线路运输效率提供了可靠的技术支持。Moving block has become a key technology to enhance the capacity of heavy-haul freight railway.The existing interlocking system based on fixed block system is difficult to meet the relevant requirements of this technology.Through in-depth analysis of the functional requirements of the existing interlocking system adapting to the engineering application of moving block system in Shuozhou-Huanghuagang Railway and the problems encountered in the implementation process,an interlocking system renovation scheme suitable for moving block heavy-haul railway is put forwarded,including adding control lighting relay to realize the on/off control function of signal lighting under different modes,increasing the route handling function for realizing moving block,increasing the interface function between systems,and optimizing the display interface according to the feedback information from radio block center.Aiming at the problem of red light transfer caused by signal off and the adaptability of integrated section monitoring system,a set of contacts of control lighting relay is paralleled in the circuit to solve the problem.After field verification,the renovation scheme can meet the requirements of multi-train tracking operation within the same route or the same block under the moving block system,realizes multi-train tracking operation and rapid train departure from stations,and provides reliable technical support for improving the efficiency of line transportation.
