摘 要:贵广铁路提质改造工程是首次对运营高铁实现列控系统由CTCS-2级升级改造为CTCS-3级的项目,需要在维持既有主要基础设施条件不变的情况下,实现列车运营时速由250 km提速至300 km。在工程总体方案和信号系统升级改造方案的基础上,通过分析车站正线轨道电路区段长度、信号车载设备解码时间和闭塞分区检算等要求,从设计方案、安全风险、试验验证等方面,研究CTCS-3级列控系统的后备系统(即CTCS-2级列控系统)顶棚速度设置对站内正线轨道电路区段长度和区间闭塞分区长度均维持既有不变的适应性。研究结果表明:后备系统顶棚速度选取250 km/h,可维持既有轨道电路区段不变,保证贵广铁路不停运完成提速。研究结果对后续高铁提质改造项目具有指导和借鉴意义。The Guiyang—Guangzhou railway quality improvement and renovation project is the first project of upgrading and reconstructing the CTCS-2 level train control system of operating high-speed railway to CTCS-3 level.It is necessary to speed up the train operation speed from 250 km/h to 300 km/h while keeping the existing main infrastructure conditions unchanged.Based on the overall scheme of the project and the upgrading of the signal system,the adaptability of the ceiling speed setting of the backup system(CTCS-2 level train control system)of the CTCS-3 level train control system to keep the existing section length of the mainline track circuit in station and the existing section length of the block partition unchanged is studied from the aspects of design scheme,safety risk and test verification by analyzing the requirements of the section length of the mainline track circuit in station,the decoding time of the signal on-board equipment and the calculation of the block partition.The research results show that the ceiling speed of the backup system is selected to be 250 km/h,which can maintain the existing track circuit section unchanged and ensure the speed increase of Guizhou-Guangzhou Railway without stopping operation.The research results can be used as a guide and reference for the subsequent quality improvement and renovation projects of high-speed railway.
