摘  要:顶复门原虫均为专性细胞内寄生原虫,可以感染真核生物的多种宿主细胞。疟原虫、巴贝虫为红细胞内寄生原虫,弓形虫可以侵入多种有核细胞,但顶复门原虫侵入宿主细胞的分子机制并不完全清楚。虫体侵入宿主细胞的必要条件是虫体的多种分子作为配体与宿主细胞的表面受体粘附、结合,促进了入侵的发生。肝素类糖胺聚糖分子是顶复门原虫识别的重要受体。带负电荷的硫酸乙酰肝素等糖胺聚糖分子可以与特定序列的氨基酸粘附,从而介导了宿主细胞与虫体结合。本文就肝素类糖胺聚糖分子作为受体在虫体入侵宿主细胞过程中的作用及目前研究已获得的与宿主细胞受体相结合的顶复门原虫重要虫体蛋白研究现状作一综述。Apicomplexa are obligate intracellular parasites,which can infect many host cells of eukaryotes.Plasmodium and Babesia are parasitic protozoa in red blood cells.Toxoplasma gondii can invade a variety of nucleated cells,but the molecular mechanism of the invasion of the apicomplexa into host cells has not been completely clear.The necessary condition for a parasite to invade the host cell is that many molecules of the parasite act as ligands to adhere and bind to the surface receptors of the host cells,which promotes the invasion.Heparin glycosaminoglycans are important receptors for the recognition of apicomplexa.Glycosaminoglycans such as negatively charged heparan sulfate can adhere to specific sequences of amino acids,thus mediating the initial combination of host cells to the parasite.This review mainly summarized the role of heparinoid glycosaminoglycans as receptors in the process of host cell invasion and the current research status of the important proteins of representative apicomplexan as ligands to adhere and bind to the surface receptors of the host cells.
