摘　　要：中原门氏妇科始创于1893年,具有清晰的发展脉络和层次分明的传承体系,至今已传承至第五代。其首重奇经,以八纲为先,重视先天,不忘后天,治疗不孕症主张调经助孕,补中有疏,治疗妊娠病注重安胎养胎,母婴兼重。崇尚仲景学说,重视经方应用,擅用血肉有情之品。在传承基础上又有所创新,总结出门氏消瘤汤、门氏安胎饮、门氏调经助孕汤等经验方,分别用于治疗输卵管不通、子宫腺肌症、子宫内膜异位症等血瘀热结证,胎漏、胎动不安、滑胎,肾阳虚型卵泡发育不良、肾虚不孕、子宫内膜薄、肾虚型月经量少、多囊卵巢综合征等疾病。其创立三仙白斑膏和德生丹,治疗女性外阴白斑病和排卵障碍性不孕。此外,门氏妇科在河南中医药大学第二附属医院注册院内制剂2项:海马补肾助阳丸、补肾助孕丸,为患者提供了方便。Zhongyuan Family Men′s Gynecology School,established at 1893,features a clear developmental lineage and a structured inheritance system,now has passed down to its fifth generation.Its academic ideology prioritizes the eight extra meridians and the eight principles of diagnosis,emphasizing innate constitution while addressing acquired factors.For infertility,it advocates regulating menstruation to promote fertility,integrating tonification with dispersion.In treating gestational disorders,it focuses on stabilizing pregnancy and nurturing fetal development,emphasizing both maternal and fetal health.Rooted in the doctrines of Zhang Zhongjing,the school emphasizes classical formulas and excels in utilizing animal-derived medicinal substances.Based on inheritance,it has innovated by developing empirical formulas such as Family Men′s Tumor-Removing Decoction,Family Men′s Miscarriage-Preventing Decoction,Family Men′s Menstrual-Regulating and Fertility-Promoting Decoction,etc.,which are used to treat blood stasis and heat stagnation syndrome such as tubal obstruction,adenomyosis,endometriosis,fetal leakage,fetal instability,slippery fetus,kidney yang deficiency type follicular dysplasia,kidney deficiency infertility,thin endometrium,low menstrual flow of kidney deficiency type,polycystic ovary syndrome and other diseases.Its Three Immortal Vitiligo-Removing Ointment and Desheng Elixir have achieved remarkable efficacy in treating female vulvar leukoplakia and ovulatory infertility.In addition,Family Men′s gynecology has registered two in-house preparations at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine:Haima Kidney-Tonifying and Yang-Reinforcing Pill,and Kidney-Tonifying and Fertility-Promoting Pill,offering convenient treatment options for patients.
