综合康复方法治疗创伤性脑损伤的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合康复方法治疗创伤性脑损伤的效果。方法:回顾性分析2022年3月—2024年2月济南市济阳区中医医院收治的80例创伤性脑损伤患者的临床资料,依据康复治疗方法的不同将其分为研究组和对照组,各40例。研究组应用综合康复治疗方法,对照组应用常规康复治疗方法。对比两组康复治疗效果、认知功能评分和肢体运动功能。结果:研究组患者的治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组洛文斯顿作业疗法认知评定量表(COTCA)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组LOTCA评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组臂、肩、手功能障碍、评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合康复治疗方法应用于创伤性脑损伤患者,可提高治疗效果,改善患者的认知功能及肢体功能及肢体功能。Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation in the treatment of traumatic brain injury.Methods:Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 80 patients with traumatic brain injury admitted to Jiyang District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Jinan City from March 2022 to February 2024.Patients were divided into a study group and a control group based on the different rehabilitation treatment methods used with 40 cases each.The research group applied comprehensive rehabilitation treatment methods,while the control group applied conventional rehabilitation treatment methods.Compare the rehabilitation treatment effects,cognitive function scores,and limb motor function between two groups of patients.Results:The total effective rate of treatment for the research group patients was 97.50%,which was higher than the control group’s 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in Loewenstein Occupational Therapy Cognitive Assessment(LOTCA)scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after treatment,the LOTCA scores of the study group patients were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the Disabilites of the Arm,Shoulder,and Hand and lower limb function assessment scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion:The application of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment methods in patients with traumatic brain injury can improve treatment effectiveness and enhance cognitive function and limb funcelon.
