摘  要:电子鼻(eNose)可用于呼出气体中的挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)检测,由于其具有非侵入性、快速检测等优势,近年来在疾病诊断中展现出巨大潜力。本文综述了近5年电子鼻在气体传感器阵列、信号采集与处理以及模式识别等关键技术的研究现状,系统回顾了其在呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病、糖尿病以及多种癌症等疾病中的应用。随着技术的不断进步,电子鼻已开始在疾病早期筛查和诊断中发挥越来越重要的作用。尽管当前仍面临传感器长期稳定性和大规模临床验证等挑战,但随着微纳传感技术和人工智能(AI)算法的迅速发展,电子鼻有望在疾病呼气诊断中得到更广泛的应用。Electronic nose(eNose)can be used for detecting volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in exhaled breath,due to its advantages such as non-invasive and rapid detection,it has shown great potential in disease diagnosis in recent years.Current research status of key techniques in the fieldd of eNose,gas sensor arrays,signal acquisition and processing and pattern recognition,for the past five years are summarized.Applications of eNose in diseases such as respiratory system diseases,digestive system diseases,diabetes and various cancers are systematically reviewed.With continuous technological advancements,the eNose has played increasingly important role in the early screening and diagnosis of diseases.Although eNose is faced with challenges,such as long-term stability and large-scale clinical validation,it is expected to find broader applications in breath diagnosis of disease with the rapid development of micro/nano-sensing technology and artificial intelligence(AI)algorithms.
