摘 要:针对目前可穿戴茎流传感器在监测西瓜茎流过程中出现的接触不良、数据中断、低流速测量温差大的问题,提出了改变柔性传感器形状和增大元器件之间距离的方法,将传感器改成“T”型,加热电阻与温度传感器之间的距离在原长度基础上增加了0.1~0.3 cm。温度传感器每测量10 min温度信息,可计算1次茎流数据,利用作物茎流速率与蒸腾量的高相关性,验证传感器的精度范围。结果表明:本文研究的“T”型传感器与西瓜茎秆的贴合性更强,数据连续测量可达48次,比原传感器提高了50%。本文研究的元器件距离增大的方法,在西瓜15~35 L/min的茎流下,传感器的测量精度为95.76%。Aiming at the current problems of poor contact,data interruption,and large temperature difference in low flow rate measurements while on the wearable stem flow sensor monitoring stem flow of watermelon,a method to change the shape of the flexible sensor and increase the distance between components is proposed,the sensor is changed into"T"type,and the distance between the heating resistor and the temperature sensor is increased by 0.1~0.3 cm on the basis of the original length.The temperature sensor provides temperature measurement at 10 minutes intervals,from which sap flow data can be derived once per cycle.By utilizing the high correlation between crop stem flow and transpiration,the precision range of the sensor is verified.The results show that the"T"type sensor researched in this paper has a better fit with the watermelon stalk,and the data can be measured 48 times continuously,which is increased by 50%than the original sensor.The method for increasing the distance between components researched in this paper achieves a measurement precision of 95.76%with a stem flow rate of watermelon of 15~35 L/min.
