摘  要:目的了解儿童血液肿瘤科护士跨专业合作学习能力现状,并探讨其跨专业合作学习能力的主要影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法于2023年8—10月选取首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院的340名儿童血液肿瘤科护士为研究对象,采用一般资料调查问卷收集其一般资料,通过跨专业合作学习准备度量表(RIPLS)、中国注册护士核心能力量表(CIRN)评估其跨专业合作学习能力与核心能力。结果共回收320份有效问卷。不同护龄、学历、职称及是否为护理带教的儿童血液肿瘤科护士跨专业合作学习能力得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。儿童血液肿瘤科护士的RIPLS总分为(68.24±11.35)分,CIRN总分为(158.02±22.18)分,其跨专业合作学习能力与核心能力呈正相关(P<0.05)。多元分层回归分析显示,控制护龄、学历、职称、是否为护理带教等变量之后,判断思维/科研能力、人际关系能力以及专业发展能力是儿童血液肿瘤科护士跨专业合作学习能力的影响因素,控制变量和自变量共能解释因变量总变异的48.3%。结论儿童血液肿瘤科护士跨专业合作学习能力处于中等偏上水平,有待进一步提高,相关职能部门应从判断思维/科研能力、人际关系能力以及专业发展能力方面制订干预措施进行有效干预,以进一步提高儿童血液肿瘤科护士的跨专业合作学习能力。Objective To explore the current situation of cross professional cooperative learning ability among nurses in Pediatric Hematology Oncology Department,and to understand the main influencing factors of their cross professional learning and cooperation ability level.Method Convenience sampling was used to select 340 Pediatric Hematology Oncology Department nurses from Beijing Children’s Hospital as the research subjects.A general information questionnaire,the Readiness for RIPLS,and the CIRN were used to investigate them.Result A total of 320 valid questionnaires were collected.There were statistically significant differences in the scores of cross-specialty cooperative learning ability of Pediatric Hematology Oncology Department nurses with different nursing age,educational background,professional title and whether they were nursing teachers(P<0.05).The total score of cross disciplinary cooperative learning ability among Pediatric Hematology Oncology Department nurses was(68.24±11.35)points,and their cross disciplinary cooperative learning ability was positively correlated with their core abilities;regression analysis showed that after controlling for demographic variables,judgment thinking/research ability,interpersonal relationship ability,and professional and career development ability jointly explained 48.3%of the total variance in nurses’cross disciplinary collaborative learning ability.Conclusion The cross disciplinary collaborative learning ability of Pediatric Hematology Oncology Department nurses is at a relatively high level and needs further improvement.Relevant functional departments should formulate relevant intervention measures for effective intervention guidance to further enhance the cross disciplinary learning and cooperation ability of Pediatric Hematology Oncology Department nurses.
