论“三个务必”的内在意蕴、生成逻辑和现实价值

摘　　要：党的二十大报告提出的“三个务必”,具有深刻的内在意蕴、生成逻辑和现实价值。“三个务必”高度彰显了马克思主义的基本立场、观点和方法,深刻表明中国共产党人坚持历史使命和政治要求的统一、历史自信与历史主动的统一。“三个务必”是中国共产党对马克思主义使命观、奋斗观、斗争观的守正创新,是对中华优秀传统文化天下观、道德观、斗争精神的继承弘扬,是新时代新征程面临新形势、新任务的高度警醒,是对“两个务必”的继承发展。始终坚持“三个务必”,是中国共产党推进自我革命成为长期执政的马克思主义政党的根本要求,是以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的重要保障,是夯实中国特色社会主义政党制度自信的必要条件。The“Three Musts”puts forward in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)has profound intrinsic meaning,generative logic,and practical value.The“Three Musts”highly embodies the basic position,viewpoints and methods of Marxism,and profoundly demonstrates that Chinese Communists adhere to the unity of historical mission and political requirements,and the unity of historical self-confidence and historical initiative.The“Three Musts”represents the CPC’s principled innovation of Marxist views on mission,striving,and struggle;it is the inheritance and promotion of the worldview,ethical principles,and spirit of struggle embedded in China’sfine traditional culture;it is a heightened awareness of the new circumstances and tasks presented by the new era and new journey;and it is the inheritance and development of the“Two Musts”.Always adhering to the“Three Musts”is a fundamental requirement for the CPC to advance self-revolution and sustain its position as a long-term governing Marxist party.It is also a crucial guarantee for comprehensively advancing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through Chinese modernization and an essential condition for enhancing the confidence of the socialist political party system with Chinese characteristics.
