摘　　要：随着人口老龄化程度持续加深,老年人的物质生活保障与精神文化需求亟待满足。老旧社区公共空间作为老年人日常活动的主要载体,其空间特征与适老化需求研究具有重要意义。选取滨汾苑社区与和泽苑社区作为研究对象,通过实地调研与问卷调查相结合的方法,总结老年人行为特征,构建安全性、便捷性、完备性、舒适性及归属性5个维度的老旧社区公共空间适老化评价体系,针对4类公共空间节点提出相应的更新策略,为其他老旧社区更新提供参考。With the deepening of population aging,the material life security and spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly need to be met urgently.As the main carrier of the daily activities of the elderly,the public space of the old community is of great significance for the study of its spatial characteristics and the needs of the elderly.The Binfenyuan community and Hezeyuan community were selected as the research objects,and the behavioral characteristics of the elderly were summarized through a combination of field investigation and questionnaire survey,and the evaluation system of public space for the elderly in five dimensions of safety,convenience,completeness,comfort and belonging was constructed,to propose corresponding renewal strategies for four types of public space nodes,and provide references for the renewal of other old communities.
