摘　　要：目的观察分析生脉饮口服液对结直肠癌患者新辅助化疗后围手术期快速康复的改善作用,探讨其在加速康复外科中的临床价值。方法选择2023年5月至2024年1月于国家癌症中心/国家肿瘤临床医学研究中心/中国医学科学院北京协和医学院肿瘤医院、中国中医科学院广安门医院就诊的结直肠癌术后患者71例,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(35例)和对照组(36例)。对照组接受术后常规治疗,观察组围手术期应用生脉饮口服液。主要观察指标包括术后第1天、第7天和第14天肿瘤患者生活质量问卷(QLQ)评分,次要观察指标包括术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间、首次进食时间、引流管留置时间、出院时间等,常规监测指标包括血常规、肝功能、肾功能、心肌酶谱、心电图。结果观察组患者术后第1天、第7天的QLQ评分明显高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后第14天QLQ评分高于对照组患者,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组和对照组患者术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间、引流管拔除时间和出院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者术后不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论生脉饮口服液可以促进结直肠癌患者新辅助化疗后围手术期快速康复,有效提高患者术后生活质量,且不会增加术后不良反应发生率。Objective To evaluate the effect of Shengmaiyin oral liquid on perioperative rapid rehabilitation of colorectal cancer patients after neoadjuvant chemotherapy,and to discuss its clinical value in accelerated rehabilitation surgery.Method A total of 71 patients with colorectal cancer who were admitted to National Cancer Center/National Cancer Clinical Research Center/Cancer Hospital Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Peking Union Medical College and Guang’anmen Hospital China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from May 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into experimental group(35 cases)and control group(36 cases)by random number table method.The control group received routine treatment after operation,and the experimental group received Shengmaiyin oral liquid during perioperative period.The main outcome measures included quality of life questionnaire(QLQ)for Chinese cancer patients on day 1,day 7,and day 14 after surgery.Secondary observation indicators included first postoperative exhaust time,first defecation time,first feeding time,drainage tube retention time,discharge time,etc.Routine monitoring indicators included blood routine,liver function,kidney function,myocardial enzyme spectrum,electrocardiogram,etc.Result The quality of life score of tumor patients in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group on the 14th day after surgery,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of tumor patients in test group were higher than those in control group on the 1st and 7th day after surgery,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The first postoperative exhaust time,first defecation time,drainage tube removal time and discharge time of experimental group were earlier than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Shengmaiyin oral liquid can promot
