摘 要:目的探讨Yes相关蛋白1(YAP1)和E钙黏蛋白(E-cad)在小细胞肺癌(SCLC)组织中的表达,分析两者与临床病理特征之间的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学染色法检测45例SCLC组织、正常肺组织中YAP1和E-cad的蛋白表达水平,并对两者的表达与临床病理特征及生存预后的关系进行分析。结果YAP1在SCLC组织中的阳性率为26.67%,高于正常肺组织的8.89%(χ^(2)=4.865,P=0.027);E-cad在SCLC组织中的阳性率为17.78%,低于正常肺组织的55.56%(χ^(2)=13.830,P<0.001)。YAP1和E-cad的表达均与患者的临床分期有关(χ^(2)=5.903,P=0.015;χ^(2)=4.078,P=0.043)。SCLC组织中YAP1和E-cad的表达呈负相关(r=-0.526,P=0.023)。结论YAP1和E-cad的异常表达与SCLC的分期及预后密切相关。Objective To investigate the expression of yes-associated protein 1(YAP1)and E-cadherin(E-cad)in small cell lung cancer(SCLC),and to analyze the relationship between them and clinicopathological features.Methods The protein expression levels of YAP1 and E-cad in 45 cases of SCLC tissues and normal lung tissues were detected by immunohistochemical staining,and the relationship between their expression and clinicopathological features or survival prognosis were analyzed by statistical methods.Results YAP1 had a positive expression rate of 26.67%in the SCLC tissues,which was higher than that in the normal lung tissues(8.89%;χ^(2)=4.865,P=0.027).E-cad had a positive expression rate of 17.78%in the SCLC tissues,which was lower than that in the normal lung tissues(55.56%;χ^(2)=13.830,P<0.001).YAP1 and E-cad expression were correlated with the clinical stage of SCLC(χ^(2)=5.903,P=0.015;χ^(2)=4.078,P=0.043).YAP1 and E-cad expression were negatively correlated in SCLC(r=-0.526,P=0.023).Conclusion The abnormal expression of YAP1 and E-cad are strongly associated with the stage and prognosis of SCLC.
