乌苯美司胶囊联合奥沙利铂+卡培他滨方案在胃癌患者术后辅助治疗中的应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨乌苯美司胶囊联合奥沙利铂+卡培他滨方案在胃癌患者术后辅助治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2020年6月至2024年6月南阳市中心医院收治的胃癌患者80例,均分为观察组、对照组,每组40例。2组均进行手术治疗,对照组术后以奥沙利铂+卡培他滨方案治疗,观察组在此基础上增加乌苯美司胶囊治疗。比较2组临床疗效、生活质量及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组客观缓解率、疾病控制率均高于对照组(χ^(2)=4.178,P=0.041;χ^(2)=4.013,P=0.045)。观察组生理状况、社会功能、情感状况、功能状况评分均高于对照组(t=2.987,P=0.004;t=2.899,P<0.004;t=3.548,P<0.001;t=3.567,P<0.001)。2组不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.123,P=0.723)。结论乌苯美司胶囊联合奥沙利铂+卡培他滨方案可提升胃癌患者术后疾病控制能力,提高患者生活质量,且安全性良好。Objective To explore the application effect of wubenmeisi capsule combined with oxaliplatin+capecitabine regimen in the postoperative adjuvant treatment of gastric cancer patients.Methods 80 gastric cancer patients admitted to Namyang Central Hospital from June 2020 to June 2024 were divided into the observation group(n=40)and the control group(n=40).Both groups underwent surgical treatment.The control group was treated with oxaliplatin+capecitabine regimen after surgery,while the observation group received additional treatment with wubenmeisi capsule on this basis.The clinical efficacy,quality of life scores and treatment safety of two groups were evaluated.Results The objective response rate and disease control rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(χ^(2)=4.178,P=0.041;χ^(2)=4.013,P=0.045).The observation group had higher scores in the physiologrcal status,social functioning,enotional status,functional status than the control group(t=2.987,P=0.004;t=2.899,P<0.004;t=3.548,P<0.001;t=3.567,P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.123,P=0.723).Conclusion Wubenmeisi capsule combined with XELOX regimen can improve the postoperative disease control rate of gastric cancer patients,improve the quality of life,and have good safety.
