盐酸米诺环素软膏联合奥硝唑合剂根管充填治疗牙体牙髓病患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察盐酸米诺环素软膏联合奥硝唑合剂根管充填治疗牙体牙髓病患者的效果。方法:选取2021年8月至2023年8月该院收治的80例牙体牙髓病患者进行前瞻性研究,依据随机数字表法将其分成对照组与观察组各40例。对照组采用奥硝唑合剂根管充填治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗。比较两组治疗前后疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]评分、炎性因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平、牙周指标[探诊深度(PD)、牙龈指数(GI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、菌斑指数(PLI)]水平,不良反应发生率和复发率。结果:治疗1个月后,两组VAS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组PD、GI、SBI、PLI等牙周指标水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组复发率为5.00%(2/40),低于对照组的25.00%(10/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸米诺环素软膏联合奥硝唑合剂根管充填治疗牙体牙髓病患者可降低疼痛程度评分、炎性因子水平、牙周指标水平和复发率的效果优于单纯奥硝唑合剂根管充填治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Minocycline hydrochloride ointment combined with Ornidazole mixture root canal filling in treatment of patients with dental pulp disease.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 80 patients with dental pulp disease admitted to the hospital from August 2021 to August 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ornidazole mixture root canal filling,while the observation group was treated with Minocycline hydrochloride ointment on the basis of that of the control group.The pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)]scores,the inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]levels,the periodontal index[probing depth(PD),gingival index(GI),gingival sulcus bleeding index(SBI),plaque index(PLI)]levels before and after the treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions,and the recurrence rates were compared between the two groups.Results:After 1 month of treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αin the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of periodontal indexes such as PD,GI,SBI and PLI in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 5.00%(2/40),which was lower than 25.00%(10/40)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:
