枸橼酸坦度螺酮胶囊联合盐酸舍曲林片治疗青少年抑郁症合并焦虑症患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察枸橼酸坦度螺酮胶囊联合盐酸舍曲林片治疗青少年抑郁症合并焦虑症患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2022—2023年该院收治的60例青少年抑郁症合并焦虑症患者的临床资料,按治疗方案不同分为研究组和对照组各30例。对照组采用盐酸舍曲林片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合枸橼酸坦度螺酮胶囊治疗,比较两组负性情绪[汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)]、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、生命质量[健康调查简表(SF-36)]评分和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗4周后,研究组HAMA、HAMD等负性情绪评分和PSQI评分低于对照组,SF-36各维度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:枸橼酸坦度螺酮胶囊联合盐酸舍曲林片治疗青少年抑郁症合并焦虑症患者可提高SF-36评分,降低负性情绪评分和PSQI评分,效果优于单纯盐酸舍曲林片治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Tandospirone citrate capsules combined with Sertraline hydrochloride tablets in treatment of adolescent depression complicated with anxiety disorders.Methods:The clinical data of 60 adolescent depression patients with anxiety disorders admitted to this hospital from 2022 to 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment options,they were divided into study group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Sertraline hydrochloride tablets,while the study group was treated with Tandospirone citrate capsules on the basis of that of the control group.The scores of negative emotions[Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)],Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and quality of life[short form health survey(SF-36)],and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of HAMA,HAMD and PSQI in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the scores of SF-36 in each dimension were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Tandospirone Citrate Capsules combined with Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets can improve the SF-36 scores and reduce the negative emotion scores and the PSQI scores in the treatment of adolescent depression complicated with anxiety disorders.Moreover,it is superior to simple Sertraline hydrochloride tablets treatment.
