摘  要:目的:观察柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合常规西药治疗卒中后癫痫患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2020年2月至2022年2月该院收治的84例卒中后癫痫患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法不同将其分为对照组和观察组各42例。对照组予以常规西药(奥卡西平+丙戊酸钠)治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后癫痫发作情况(发作次数、发作持续时间)、神经功能指标[神经生长因子(NGF)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.86%(39/42),高于对照组的76.19%(32/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组癫痫发作次数均少于治疗前,且观察组少于对照组,两组癫痫发作持续时间均短于治疗前,且观察组短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组NGF、BDNF水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合常规西药治疗卒中后癫痫患者可提高治疗总有效率和神经功能指标水平,改善癫痫发作情况,效果优于单纯常规西药治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Chaihu plus Longgu Oyster soup combined with conventional Western medicine in treatment of patients with post-stroke epilepsy.Methods:The clinical data of 84 patients with post-stroke epilepsy admitted to this hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,42 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine(Oxcarbazepine+Sodium valproate),while the observation group was treated with Chaihu plus Longgu Oyster soup on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the seizures(number of seizures,duration of seizures),the neurological function indexes[nerve growth factor(NGF),brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)]levels before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%(39/42),which was higher than 76.19%(32/42)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the number of seizures in the two groups were less than those before the treatment,and that in the observation group was less than that in the control group;the duration of seizures in the two groups were shorter than those before the treatment,and that in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of NGF and BDNF in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Chaihu plus Longgu Oyster soup combined with conventional Western medicine in the treatment of the patients with post-stroke epilepsy can improve the to
