历史城镇空间重构策略——基于仪征十二圩的实证

摘　　要：随着发展条件变化,一般历史城镇均经历了长期和多次的空间自发演变过程,以适应不同时期的发展需求。随着城乡空间结构重组加剧,历史城镇的衰败成为普遍现象,对历史城镇空间进行主动调整以适应未来发展需求成为必然选择。在对历史城镇发展条件、城镇空间、地方文化等复杂关系进行梳理的基础上,提出了历史城镇重构的4个关键步骤,即分析、预判、识别和综合,首先分析历史城镇空间演变的关键动因,然后预判城镇未来发展路径,识别城镇的形态基因及价值特征,最后综合相关要素重构城镇空间。并以仪征十二圩为例,展示了这一策略的具体应用。With the change of development conditions,historic towns have undergone long-term and multiple process of spontaneous spatial evolution to meet the development needs of different periods.However,with the intensification of the reorganization of urban and rural spatial structure,the decay of historical towns has become a common phenomenon,and it has become an inevitable choice to actively adjust the spatial space of historical towns to meet the needs of future development.On the basis of combing the complex relationship between the development conditions,urban space and local culture of historical towns,this paper proposes four key steps in the reconstruction of historical towns,including analyzing,predicting,identifying,and synthesizing.We first analyze the key drivers of historical urban spatial evolution,then predict the future development path of towns,identify their morphological genes and value characteristics,and finally reconstruct urban space by integrating relevant elements.The authors take Shierwei,Yizheng as an example to demonstrate the specific application of this strategy.
