摘 要:神经退行性疾病(NDs)目前均不能完全治愈,使用药物治疗可减缓疾病进展或恶化。大量研究表明,表观遗传学在NDs的发生发展中具有一定的作用,且目前通过表观遗传学相关过程进行调控的相关药物研究已取得部分进展,一些通过调控表观遗传的药物相继问世,其中部分药物已批准在临床应用,这说明表观遗传调控可能是未来治疗中枢神经NDs的有效途径。本文主要探讨DNA甲基化和组蛋白乙酰化等表观修饰过程在神经系统NDs的研究进展,为后续NDs研究提供一定的参考。Neurodegenerative diseases can not be completely cured at present,and the use of drugs can slow down the progression or deterioration of the disease.A large number of studies have shown that epigenetics plays a certain role in the occurrence and development of neurodegenerative diseases,and at present,the research on related drugs regulated by epigenetics has made some progress.Some drugs regulated by epigenetics have come out successively.Surprisingly,some of them have been approved for clinical application.This suggests that epigenetic regulation may be an effective way to treat central neurodegenerative diseases in the future.In this paper,we mainly discuss the research progress of epigenetic modification processes such as DNA methylation and histone acetylation in neurodegenerative diseases,so as to provide some reference for the subsequent research on neurodegenerative diseases.
