摘 要:目的探讨基于问题的学习(PBL)联合操作技能直接观察评估(DOPS)法教学模式在急诊科实习护生心肺复苏术(CPR)教学中的应用效果。方法选取2023年12月至2024年6月在广西医科大学第一附属医院急诊科的实习护生76名,按轮转批次随机将实习护生分为对照组和观察组,每组38名。对照组采用传统讲授法结合操作示教开展教学,观察组采用PBL教学法联合DOPS模式教学,比较两组的理论成绩、教学满意度、操作技能得分。结果观察组的理论成绩、操作技能得分及教学满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在急诊科实习护生CPR教学中应用PBL教学法结合DOPS教学模式能够提高理论及技能水平,提高教学满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of guided teaching method(PBL)combined with direct observation and assessment of operational skills(DOPS)teaching mode in cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)teaching of nursing students in emergency department.Methods A total of 76 nursing students practicing in the emergency Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from December 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to rotation batch,with 38 in each group.The control group was taught by the traditional teaching method combined with the operation teaching,and the observation group was taught by the PBL combined with DOPS teaching mode.The theoretical scores,operational skills and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical and operational skill scores and satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL teaching method combined with DOPS teaching mode in CPR teaching of nurse interns in emergency department can improve the level of theoretical and operational skills,and improve teaching satisfaction.
