多种模式应用于医疗集团基层医院心电图教学的体会

摘　　要：本文简述了多种模式应用于医疗集团基层医院心电图教学的体会。指出了基层服务、培养进修医师、远程会诊、远程教学、定期组织专家到基层举行讲座等线上+线下多种模式联合应用于心电图教学的成效。分析表明基层服务和进修学习仍是基层医师心电图教学培养的主要方式,微信远程教学可更快捷地解决心电图难题。多种模式相结合,可有效提高基层医生的心电图诊断水平。This paper briefly introduces the experience of applying multiple models to electrocardiogram(ECG)teaching in primary hospitals of medical group.It points out the effectiveness of the combination of online and offline modes in ECG teaching,such as basic service,training of doctors,remote consultation,remote teaching,and regular organizing of experts to hold lectures at the basic level.The analysis shows that basic service and further study are still the main ways of ECG teaching and training for primary doctors,and WeChat distance teaching can solve ECG problems more quickly.The combination of multiple modes effectively improves the ECG diagnosis level of primary doctors.
