中小型企业数字机会利用对企业绩效的作用机制研究——基于资源拼凑的中介作用及环境竞争性的调节作用

摘　　要：为帮助中小企业把握数字机会,充分利用企业资源,提高企业绩效,利用调查问卷进行实证研究。研究结果表明,数字机会利用对资源拼凑与企业绩效具有正向影响,资源拼凑在数字机会利用与企业绩效间起中介作用,而环境竞争性则负向调节数字机会利用与资源拼凑的关系。中小型企业应充分把握数字机会,合理分布资源,关注外部环境变化,以优化资源拼凑策略,提升企业绩效。To assist small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)in grasping digital opportunities,fully utilizing their resources,and enhancing their performance,an empirical research was conducted based on a survey questionnaire targeting SMEs.The research findings indicate that the utilization of digital opportunities has a positive impact on resource bricolage and firm performance.Resource bricolage serves as a mediator between digital opportunity utilization and firm performance,while environmental competitiveness negatively moderates the relationship between digital opportunity utilization and resource bricolage.SMEs should fully seize digital opportunities,allocate resources reasonably,and keep abreast of changes in the external environment to optimize their resource bricolage strategies and enhance their firm performance.
